10/27/24 Mercadito At In Bloom

Interested in setting up to sell your products at our next mercadito event? Please read the following requirements before purchasing your spot.

*we will be celebrating Halloween during this event. We ask that all vendors bring candy to offer children that attend the market as this will be a "Trick or Treat" type market. Dressing up, face paint, or decorating your booth is encouraged but not mandatory. Please remember to share our event with your followers on Social Media to help spread the word!!! Post items you'll be selling or share the flyer, tag us so we can also re-share your content, because the more we share it, the better traffic we'll have at our event!

*all spots are first come first serve. Once these spots are sold out, we will no longer be able to accommodate or add any new vendors. Paying for your spot reserves your spot. We can not hold spots without payment.

*although we do prefer the majority of items being sold to be handmade, some resale items will be allowed to be sold(Example: vintage clothing, collector's items/toys, exotic snacks, crystals will be allowed). No MLM items will be allowed. If you have sold with us before, you are eligible to set up again. If you have not set up at one of our events and have resale items you are unsure of, please shoot me a message first to confirm your items will be allowed to be set up and sold at our event.

*vendors will receive a 10x10 space to set up. You must provide your own set up, canopy/weights, lighting as this event takes place in the evening. Electricity will only be provided for our hot food vendors. Please bring canopy weights, we do not want to run the risk of any canopies flying away and possibly hurting anyone.

*set up will begin at 4:00pm and all vendors must be set up and ready to go by the time the market starts. Upon arrival, all spots will be marked and numbered so you know exactly where to set up. Please unload, park your car, and then come back to set up so we're not blocking flow of incoming traffic

*event takes place outdoors, if you sign up to sell and for any reason cannot show up, refunds will not be offered. Refunds will only be provided in the case that the market is canceled.
